Well, I run in the morning it gives me strength and improves my mood for the whole day. To be honest, I like this feeling that I have during the morning run and I can't live without it, it has become a habit. Moreover, this keeps me in great shape. But recently I became interested in bodybuilding and I don't miss a single match. I would like to have muscles like those of athletes, so I am studying the topic of sports nutrition and supplements that help build muscle. Here https://steroidcycle.org/testosterone-cycle/ I read about testosterone, which is suitable for beginners. If you know anything about this, let me know.

I would see a specialist to discuss this and calculate the correct dose of steroids, if you have made the decision to take them.
